Product: 15-ac119nl (Energy star)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have to bring my notebook, model 15-ac119nl (Energy star), back to the factory configuration, but in the proposed options, after power on + F11, the "Factory reset" choice is missing. Note that the "D" disk contains an image of HP recovery. How should I proceed ?
