Product: HP Enterprise M608
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

M608 printer says load tray 2 with letter size even though letter is in tray and guides are set properly. Also shows on paper select on menu an "i" next to letter, A4, and B5 size and will not acknowledge these sizes in tray. I have replaced the tray, size detect switch, DC Controller, factory reset, updated firmware and still getting same message. These M607,608,609 models are a design change from the older style LaserJets. They feed from the back now and think I may be missing something, sensor, some other paper detect something? Any help appreciated.
