Notebook Operating System and Recovery

Yes, this is an older system! So old, it would appear that the model number isn't found in the current database. Reading the tags on the bottom of the system:

Service tag M2105US
Notebook Model: Presario M2000 (EC214UA#ABA)

While I have the manual for this machine, what I don't have, and can't find through an official HP channel is the Bios for this system. At current, via the bios it's shown to be: 

BIOS VERSION: F.0A

Why is this important? Well 1: I don't know if that's the 'current' version for it. And more importantly, 2: I'd like to know what bios is compatible with the other possible CPU's for this machine.

(Currently using the Mobile AMD Sempron 2800+ (1.60-GHz)
Want to use the Mobile AMD Sempron 3300+ (2.00-GHz) or AMD Mobile Turion 64, ML-37 (2.0-GHz) - don't know which is the proper choice - and which bios supports which)

I can see that this machine is no longer 'supported' by HP Compaq :https://support.hp.com/us-en/retired-products 

So the question is, is there an archive of what was used, etc. etc.

For the sake of helping out any other rare person seeking this same information a direct answer to the following would be preferred:
X Bios for Y Processor
And/Or
X Processors can be used on Z Models

This machine is a BEAST and has been ticking without issue for over ~14 years. It's why I continue to recommend Compaq/HP products to people. Hopefully the community here can help me identify what bios the.

Seriously - this battery still holds a charge (all be it for 1hr 30 min max...but a charge nonetheless!)
