I recently had an IT friend of mine install a new Samsung SSD drive to help speed up an old computer and after backing up all my files did a clean install of Windows 10. Now the computer keeps crashing with the BSOD constantly with "unexpected stop error", "critical process died", "unexpected store exception" and other messages. We have tried everything we can to try to troubleshoot the issue and can't figure out the problem. I finally took it into a computer repair place they tested everything, the hard drive is good, they overlayed another different version of Win10 on it with all the updates, and couldn't get it to do it. They sent it back home and within 5 minutes of startup it crashed again on me. 4 times within an hour. Anything from trying to reinstall software, to browsing FB, to playing solitaire...no rhyme or reason to it. I can't do a factory reset back to Windows 8 and freshen it as it came new and then "upgrade" back to 10 again, because all that was wiped out when we clean installed on the new SSD and reformatted the old HDD. Help.........
