Product: Pavillion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Every time Windows 10 updates, hp pavillion laptop bluetooth on/off button on bluetooth menu disappears. This has happened a few times now, we are unable to turn the bluetooth on. We have tried updating the driver in which it says driver is already up to date with the best software. Troubleshooting does not help either. Bluetooth menu is there just unable to turn on and devices are visable but unable to connect to as bluetoth is turned off. Windows automatic update failed (culamative). Have tried updating again but seems to be struggling and taking a long time.
