HP Recommended

i bought a sprocket 200 and can not get it to connect to my iphone 11. any suggestions? i have restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app a few times, turned my bluetooth on and off a few times,  reset the printer a few times and nothing works. are these things a joke???!
