hi, i need your help please.

i updated the bios of my systems motherboard <MS-7906 rev 1.0> it installed fine, but upon restarting the bios is now in japanese(i think) language....

 Bios Downloaded in English Link

But After Update Bios Change the Language...

i don't understand this language...
