Product: HP Envy All-in-One 27-b2XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Bang & Olufsen speakers were working fine. Then, one day, POOF, they weren't. The speaker icon says "No Audio Output Device Installed". When I click on the Bang & Olufsen Audio Control app, nothing happens. I went through all of the troubleshooting suggested in the HP support section, including reinstalling BIOS to ensure it is up to date, reinstalling audio drivers, etc. But nothing works. Is this a hardware failure? Some lost connection inside the cabinet? Or can this be fixed through some software correction?
