Product: HP notebook 15

So i recently perchaced this laptop from a local pawnshop n i was advised to factory reset well i went to do so n half way through the laptop just shutdown now when i try too boot it back up it goes to please wait for about 10 seconds then it just shutsdown again someone please help me
