I recently purchased a new motherboard to upgrade. When i installed everything, the PC would not turn on but when I removed the CPU the PC was able to boot. Tested the CPU in the old HP Omen motherboard and had no issues. Is the CPU in the Omen "locked" and unable to function with a new motherboard or did I somehow get a faulty motherboard?
New MOBO is Gigabyte B365 Ultra Durable Intel LGA 1151 mATX and is compatible with i5 processors
