Product: Hp Omen X Emperium 65 - Sound bar

I have an Hp Omen X Emperium 65. Since a couple of days, the sound bar disconnect and no sound. Sometimes it returns, but after some minutes no sound again. The sound bar only has a 3.5mm audio output interface.

I search at Hp Support for a user guide, but I can´t find one for the sound bar, only for the monitor. Can somebody help?
