Hi,

 

I had an issue relating with the Intel Optane Memory of the HP 15-da0xxx Laptop.

 

Boot Device Not Found 3FO Error

 

I followed the procedures on this:

Even the quick and extensive scan of the hard disk passes. Plus Intel Optane is shown in Bios as well.

 

So I created the HP recovery media following the instructions.

 

But when I load the recovery media I get an 'Application Close Info no hdd' error.

 

I am lost on what to do, I can't even reset the Laptop.
