Product: HP Sprocket 200

I have a sprocket 200 photo printer which is printing with a pink hue. There don't seem to be any firmware upgrades available and I have tried using the coloured sheet but with no luck. I have tried printing 3 times with the printer and each one has been pink tinted. Really disappointed as the photo paper is very expensive and these photos make everybody look sunburnt!
