Hi, I ordered a laptop on 11th Feb and money was taken from my account then. On 12 Feb I was told that model was unavailable and would I accept a substitute. I agreed and was told it would take 15 business days. Then on the 26th Feb after several enquiries I was told that eta was now 23rd March! I decided not to go ahead with the purchase and asked for a Paypal refund. As of today, the 9th March this has not taken place! So HP have had my money since 12th Feb, almost one month. Is it better for me to open a Paypal dispute in order to get my money returned?
