HP Recommended
Product: HP 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 9015 initially worked but is now saying that the driver is unavailable.  Have tried to remove all remnants of the drive through control panel etc. and reloaded the driver same problem persists.  I tried to work with some one but wanted to charge to help me out.  They indicated that it was a network problem.  The computer recognizes the printer and the HP Smart App is not much help.
