Product: 14-dq1040wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Got a 14” inch laptop in December. Worked great. Today while updating our companies social media accounts - no windows update was in process - screen went blue, got a warning something went wrong and needed to restart. (Didn’t have time to screenshot)
when it rebooted the wifi adapter no longer works. Ran troubleshooter multiple times:
Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter adapter is experiencing driver - or hardware related problems.
I can’t get online to download a new driver as there is no Ethernet port on this laptop.
help!
