HP Officejet 3830 All-in-one series printer cannot connect to my network. I have tried everything under the sun but the printer Wi-Fi enabled cannot discover my own network when I search for wireless networks available. It discovers other neighbours network but not mine. I have only had the printer for a few days and tempted to return it to the retail outlet.

I have successfully printed by using direct connection to my computer i.e. wirelessly without a router but since then it has become impossible to connect my printer to my known and established network. Please I need help!!!!
