Product: DELL ?
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Message on printer screen "Server Problem"  ENVY 7855 will not scan to email "The printer could not connect to Web Services"   I have turned off the Router, PC and Printer.  When they all came back on I have the same problem. 

Message on printer says to check the firmware ??   Another message says to check the printer email set up.  I have tried to find the email setup but no luck.  Mostly I get a Bluetooth setup window. I did turn the Bluetooth off. Still have the same problem when I try to Scan to Email.
