Product: Pavillion 15-cc563st
I was updating to the newest version of Windows and now it won’t boot up, keeps getting stuck on “Preparing Automatic Repair”. I’ve tried several troubleshooting tips from YouTube and ran diagnostic tests which show a “Hard drive warning” on both of the hard drive tests. I’ve only used this laptop for less than 20 hours in the course of time I’ve had it and to be honest it’s struggled to keep up with basic multitasking tasks (open browser and word document) would cause it to crash. Anyone had a similar issue? I wasn’t planning on having to buy a new computer with such limited use on this one
