Product: Pavilion Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi folks. This is really bugging me. I have a HP Pavilion Desktop PC with Windows 10 installed on internal SSD. I'm trying to install Windows 7 on the internal HDD. I boot from my genuine Windows 7 CD and the Windows files load fine. Until the Install page comes up. Then my mouse dies so I can't click on Install. I've tried using both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. I thought it might be a driver issue but Device Manager tells me drivers are the latest. Anyone out there know what's going on? Please help.
PS I'm using a wireless Microsoft mouse and a wireless TECKNET keyboard.
