Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs1

Prior to the most recent windows update, my internal microphone was working. Ever since the update, it has not worked. I have tried the virtual assistant, troubleshooting from the help center, and nothing is working. When I run the audio test/check, the volume bar moves as if it can hear me, but it states that it cannot hear me. Please help.
