Product: Elite X2 G4

Hey, I recently purchased an Elite X2 G4 2-1 device to help me work from home.    I need to download the Zoom VDI plugin in order for me to be able to use Zoom at home via VDI for work.    Unfortunately, when I try to install the msi. file I get an error message saying this isn't a valid installation package.   However, I have previously installed this exact plugin on my previous laptop.   Any ideas ?
