Product: Chromebook 14-ak013dx
Operating System: Chrome OS

My Chromebook currently will not turn on.  It's currently plugged in, and there's a white light on next to the charger port.  Model number is 14-ak013dx.  I tried the hard reset where I hold down the refresh and power button for 10 seconds, but that doesn't work.  Any help would be appreciated.
