About 46 Seconds into the video you can see my pen jitter an insane amount. I have tried just about everything I can: turning off the touch drivers, putting the laptop on airplane mode, turning off airplane mode, restarting, tried a different program to make sure it wasn't just Photoshop's problem, updated drivers, unistalled drivers, reinstalled drivers, replaced pen batteries, tried two other styluses/pens, asked HP support to help, they also just uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers... Nothing seems to work.
At this point I'm starting to wonder if it's a hardware issue. It does seem that other Windows users have a similar problem however, so I'm trying to not give up on HP. Has anyone found a fix for this issue?
Update: I would also like to mention that I have updated the BIOS and Windows OS has been updated as well. I do not have the HP Pen with Tilt so it is unable to detect it with the HP Pen Control software HP offers. I am attaching another video to show how bad it can get.
