Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

Recently I have bought the HP EliteDisplay E243d dockingstation. I have connected it with my MSI laptop and the quality is splendid. However, the monitor has an audio input on the back. I have tried several YouTube video's and guides as to get the audio functioning. My question is, does my monitor have speakers and if so how in the world do I get my laptop sound played on those speakers?
