Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello ,  my fingerprint access stopped working again on my HP Envy, may have been after an update,  and  now when i go to fingerprint set up it says WIndows Hello is currently not available. I only bought the laptop in November and now it has stopped sign in via fingerprint. Not a massive issue but surely it should be supported through Windows Hello?  

I had a response from KrazyToad which fixed the issue for 2 weeks and then it has now reverted back. Windows and HP updates up to date.
