Hi everyone,
I need to ask something to the community.
I bought a laptop two months ago and now it is not working. It is HP Pavilion model 15-cs3010la.
Two days ago I turned it on and appeared a message "Hard Disk 3F0", "please install an oparting system on your hard disk".
I called to support and we check the BIOS and realized the hard disk is not listed.
Looking for information of my computer I found that it has a Intel Optane memory H10 with SSD, 32gb+512gb ssd.
So, I tried a few things to check what happened. My Bios is only listing the 32gb optaned memory but it is not listing the ssd 512gb volume. I can't see the disk hard volume.
What can I do? What is the problem?
I bought the laptop in other country.
Thanks
