Product: Notebook 14-bp076sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I put an sd card in the slot, or attach the camera by it's cable, the photo app opens as normal, showing all the photos that are there to import. However, I am unable to tick the ones I want to import, nothing happens. And then the app just closes down. I thought it might be the sd card, but it has now happened with 2 different cards. Then things got worse, now it says it cannot detect any device to import from when I put the sd card in.
It still imports absolutely fine from my phone.
