I did a clean reset, where it would clean my drive and remove all my files, and it starts saying something about a restarting unexpectedly error, so I did this because I read some guide that said this would be the possible culprit
When you see “The computer restarted unexpectedly” error message press Shift + F10 on your keyboard. This should open Command Prompt.
Enter regedit and press Enter to start Registry Editor.
Once Registry Editor starts, navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion and double click the setup.exe in the right pane.
Change the Value Data from 1 to 3 and click OK to save changes.
Now that I did that my computer keeps doing a loop where it says "Preparing" then "Installing Windows" and it stays at "64%" and restarts immediately. I see a black loading screen, then an HP logo with a loading circle...then flashes blue with the 64% and shuts off again to restart.
Also, my BIOS won't open up. HELP!
