Product: HP - Pavilion 27" Touch-Screen All-In-One - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 256GB

Just bought it and it will not start, it does some long beeps then a few short beeps before saying unsupported adapter installed, image attached, and then turning off after a few seconds. Already disconnected it, took out any usb, held the off button 30 sec. just to make sure but it will not start. It indicates to click on esc but it wont let me do that either.
