Hello. My desktop recently crashed during an update and, for a time after that, would refuse to start. Anytime I would try to start, it would get stuck on the HP startup screen. At one point I was able to boot up in safe mode, at which point the computer automatically reversed the failed updates and allowed me to restart normally. However, it has ceased to recognize the internet networks that were previously set up. There doesn't even appear to be the Wi-Fi button in the taskbar, which is where we had previously turned the Wi-Fi on and off (there is no connectivity button on my keyboard). Has anyone encountered this, or does anyone have ideas on how to re-establish the connection? Thanks!
