Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am using HP 15-au010wm laptop, today  I have faced the Black screen problem. But the power and Caps lock lights are blinking. I tried several procedures to overcome like Long power button press etc... But the Laptop not opening
