Product: Pavilion 20 All-in-one

When the computer is plugged in, the LED on the back, above the cable input turns on but the power button refuses to turn on. i hold it down or click it several times, its unresponsive. the pc doesn't turn on and the monitor remains black. i had disconnected the pc and moved it while cleaning my desk, it has been shut ever since then.
