My sprocket won’t hold a charge, no matter how long it’s plugged in. When charging, the light flashes green and red, never turning to solid green. When I turn on the printer and check its settings in the app, it has shown the battery to be at 100%, however if I try to print something (while plugged in or not), it will shut off after a few seconds. This has gotten progressively worse over the last month, and now I can’t get anything to print before it turns itself off. Even while plugged in.
