Product: 15-bs212wm

Ok so I factory reset computer, it says it’s installing at 64% then restarts it’s self and has done this for a week+ so I turned off internet and did the whole forced restart no “auto repair” or “safe mode” or anything comes up. I’ve turn internet back on at router but still same thing I have had this laptop for a little over a year of course factory warranty has expired at beginning of April. What can I do other than throw this **bleep** laptop as i would like it to work for my kids and want them off my new one!
