Earlier today, I was gaming using GeForce Now, playing Rust. Randomly, my computer crashes and every time I tried to reboot it, it didn’t work
On my screen was an error code: “log file: d/windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt”
I tried restoring my system: didn’t work, it kicked me out and I couldn’t even get far when I tried resetting the PC after
Then... my laptop suddenly turned off and now I can’t even boot it up, period.
Now it tells me “The selected boot device failed. Press <Enter> to continue.”
I press enter and all it does is turn it off and it’s just an endless cycle
Can someone please help me? I found it EXTREMELY hard to contact HP. I can’t even seem to get into contact with a real agent and it’s extremely frustrating!
I paid a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money for this laptop and I desperately need it for school and work, I have no other way of doing my online work during this pandemic without it.
