Product: HP Envy x360

Can anyone help?  My screen is blue and says bitlocker recovery.  I try to follow the directions (entering the very long recovery key ID.) but it won’t accept the letters only numbers.  
ive also tried to bypass it from directions on YouTube but didn’t work.

Any help would be appreciated!
