Product: HP ENVY - 13-aq0150nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a so-called "important BIOS update" that required me to restart my HP envy 13, it suddenly asked me for a Bitlocker recovery key. However, I don't even remember ever setting up any Bitlocker since I bought the laptop. In my microsoft account which I logged in, there is not any Bitlocker recovery key at all. I tried everything they said on Google and Youtube but it doesn't work. What should I do now? Thank you in advance.Bitlocker recovery.jpg
