Product: HP support assistant
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Don't know which board to choose.....the HP Assistant is not listed in the board.

My Problem: My HP Support Assistant will not open.  It just keeps processing but never opens. I have done the following:

Tried to uninstall from the programs and features but the HP Support Assistant is not listed so I could not uninstall it.

I uninstalled it from my start menu.  didn't work.

I reinstalled from the website. didn't work

I talked to Virtual Agent but it didn't understand my problem.

All I want is for the HP Support Assistant to load so I can try to resolve my numerous issues.

I did not renew the warranty.

Can anyone help me?
