Ordered laptop June 17th with an estimated delivery date of July 3rd.
On June 29th, online account changed delivery date to June 30th. Didn’t receive the laptop so I waited as both the initial and updated delivery dates passed by.
After three order queries sent to HP, the date was updated today (July 6th) to an estimated delivery date of July 28th. I haven’t had any direct correspondence and my queries were not responded to.
The updated delivery date is 6 weeks after my initial order (and more than 3 weeks after the original delivery date). I need a functioning laptop ASAP and HP customer service has been terrible. A laptop delivery shouldn’t take so long- especially since the website says deliveries should take 48hrs with a possibility of up to 72hrs.
