Product: Envy X630 Convertible 15-ed
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have recently purchased an Envy E360 and noticed a few things, the main issue being it doesn't seem possible to take it out of sleep mode while in tablet format as none of the keys on the keyboard do anything and the touchscreen is disabled, there are no other buttons on the side of the device.

 

Secondly, the buttons on the pen it comes with don't seem to work, and there is no pairing option, even the documentation suggests pressing the 'button on the top' that doesn't exist, there are 2 on the side but no top button, I believe this is for an older model.
