Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1

My left and right arrow key suddenly stopped working and I can't figure out why. I have tried the online support and they would just give me the run around. I already did the diagnostic and it does give me a failure ID but no HP tech support has given me a solutions so now i just want to send my laptop in to get it fixed. How do I go about that? My warranty is still active.
