Product: HP Pavilion 15-ec1446ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm using a HP Pavilion 15-ec1446ng with the latest BIOS update installed and the latest NVidia Graphics drivers used (the ones from Microsoft, when using the HP-Drivers, the setup tells me it does not work on my operating system version).
Nevertheless the screen is always at full brightness, I can't change this, neither via Fn-keys nor via energy saver settings. More than this when I enable the night light settings, nothing changes.
I also tried with Ubuntu 16, the result is the same, no matter what I do or what I configure, the screen is always at maximum and way too bright.
Any idea how this can be fixed?
Thanks!
