Hi,

 

I bought this laptop couple of years ago and yesterday when I tried to reset it, its asking for "Enter Administrator Password or Power on Password" which I don't know  and never remember setting up one. 

 

After entering three wrong password (There is no 5 digit number) it shows another screen which asking for "HP Sparekey recovery USB" which I don't have.

 

Followed these steps, but non of them worked: 

1) I have tried to reset BIOS by Windows Key + V

2) removed battery and kept it like that for 48 hours to reset BIOS.

3) Tried to install new BIOS update using USB, but prevented by password.

4) Tried with Bootable Windows 10 USB also prevented by password.

 

Is there somebody help to sort this out.
