I purchased All in One HP 23.8" Desktop, touchscreen, 8GB memory, 1TB HDD + 256GB SSD. I realized it has two disk drives, a C: Drive and 😧 Drive. The C drive has 237GB while, the D Drive has 931GB. The C Drive is almost full, while the D Drive is still empty. I have only installed few things, contacted HP T-Support and the two people I spoke with were so clueless and decided to reset my computer, which did nothing to solve the problem.
How do I resolve the problem so that my SSD drive is not full when the D Drive remains empty? All my files seem to be in the Windows C drive. I tried to move the Documents and Picture folders to D drive by using property route but kept getting error message that says Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be rediredted, Access denied. Someone said it was because of the Onedrive installed. So, how do I solve that problem? Thank you.
