        Product: ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ay0xxx

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ZOOM complained that it could not find a microphone. I ran the HP Diagnostics and updated the drivers and fortunately the update fixed the microphone problem -- but the audio diagnostics still shows "Device 3: AMD High Definition Audio Device: Unplugged" and "Device 4: Realtek (R) Audio: Unplugged".
How do I fix those 'Devices'?  (and peripherally, how could this new product ship with the Microphone and other 'devices' 'Unplugged')
Many Thanks for any advice!    -Harry
