Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode
Hi. I installed a new colored ink cartridge in my HP DeskJet 2652 all in one, and it will not recognize it. I followed instructions on trouble shooter, turn off, unplug, wait 1 minute, plug in and turn on, 3 times and it won't work. I have returned 2 cartridges and now the 3rd is not recognized. They are HP cartridges. I can't return anymore because they are beginning to look at me funny when I walk in. Please help me. Thank you!
