HP Omen Command center requested a BIOS update be applied, I did not check which version as it was from the installed software. After the update completed the PC immediately would not POST, and is stating via beep codes and led blinks that the BIOS is corrupt.
I built the USB stick to recover BIOS however, how can I do so without being able to see a display to select options? It will not power on monitors. I attempted to remove the video card and utilize on motherboard video options on the motherboard (915479-601), however still no video. (Monitor does not find signal from any output, displayport or hdmi)
What is the procedure to recover corrupted BIOS updates in this scenario? Motherboard replacement?
If the only option is replacement, how can I obtain a replacement s/p 915479-601 motherboard? The part is not even listed as an option to purchase for the model via HP's parts site.
