Product: Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My Officejet Pro 8600 is connected to and recognized by the home wireless network, the printer will send scan files to computer, but when trying to print the message comes back that the printer is "Offline". Tried doing diagnostics & driver updates but again the printer indicates it is "Offline". What can I do to resolve?
