Hello, unfortunately, my Bluetooth capability has gone kaput after installing the latest intel driver for it. I had Bluetooth capability before. I even have a Bluetooth mouse and some headphones, but now for whatever reason, it doesn't show up anywhere. It's not in the device manager, it's not in the control panel, the slider to activate it doesn't show up under Bluetooth and devices, and it doesn't show up under the airplane mode in settings.
I have an HP ENVY x360 convertible laptop, and I am running Windows 10. The OS is up to date and I've updated the BIOS as well. Any help would be appreciated, as working without a mouse or headphones is a nightmare.
